What TI is

TI searches the Federal Tax Authority's published legislation and guidance and uses AI to explain what the provisions it finds say, to assist you. It is not tax advice, it is not official FTA information, TI is not a tax agent or tax consultant, and using it does not create an adviser–client relationship. The Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

How far to rely on it

AI can be wrong, even when every check passes. The FTA's published material may be incomplete, may not yet reflect a change in the law, and does not include court decisions or unpublished FTA practice. Every answer shows the official text it relied on — read it, and obtain advice from a registered tax agent or qualified tax adviser before you file or act.

Fair use

• Use TI for your own research or to support your work.
• Do not query it automatically, copy the corpus in bulk, or try to get round the daily allowances.
• Do not type other people's personal data into it (see Privacy).
• Do not present TI's answers to anyone as tax advice or as official FTA information.

Tiers and accounts

TI Public is free. TI Pro and TI Expert are offered by invitation. Allowances, tiers and features may change, and any of them may be paused, for example when a monthly spending limit is reached.

The documents

The legislation and guidance TI shows belong to the Federal Tax Authority and the UAE government. TI links to the official PDF of each source.

Responsibility

TI is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the fullest extent the laws of the United Arab Emirates allow, TI and its operator accept no responsibility or liability for any decision made, action taken or not taken, or tax return filed on the basis of what TI shows - see section 6 of the Disclaimer.
